Food Walk With Rishabh: Haryana Food Tour Part II

Welcome Back Everyone, This is my second blog of Kaithal Food Tour. Today, we are moving toward the, second stop was Dua Misthan Bhandar in Sarafa Bazaar. They are the most famous sweet and snack shop in the city whose legacy dates back to somewhere around 1951.
Here we first witnessed the making of the monsoon time treat, ghewar and bhura/shakkar ladoo at their workshop and then visited the shop to try them. The crumbly luscious ladoo was simple yet special because it is made from coarsely powdered ghee fried maida chunks.
The ghewar too was crunchy, optimally sweet, rich and just perfect. When, we are reaching here they are preparing Ghewar and ghewar is also very popular sweet in Haryana and Rajasthan region. Sonipat is known as city of Ghewar. We also tried Churma ladoo at another sweet shop also having very great texture and taste. Thank's for reading We wiil meet you soon...
