Hi, everyone today we are going to explore the street food of Kaithal, Haryana. Kaithal is an ancient city in the state of Haryana. It has many famous historical and religious places. In today blog we bring you to a veg tour across the city. The first stop was at Saini Samosa shop where I found a huge crowd had gathered just to buy or eat their samosa.
It was an ample to see of how amazing their samosas are After a long queue, the wait and some jostling at the counter, we finally got our order. The aroma of the hot samosa fill water at the mouth. From the very first bite we were unable to explain its brilliance. We can easily vouch for the fact that it is one of the best samosa experiences. They also have a wide range of sweets and other snacks. In a day they sell 4000-5000 samosa per day. They start selling from 09:30 am to 08:30 pm. Talking about the taste It's very Flaky, it is filled with potato, paneer, dried fenugreek leaf, cumin, chilli and lot more spices. Reason behind this tremendous sale of this samosa in his chutney, it is made by mixing Pudina and corainder in Gulab Jamun syrup. I also try one famous sweet desert Gujiya (contains dry fruits and khoya stuffing) Overall having good experience and enjoyed a lot. We will met you soon in the next blog.

After Touring in Kaithal, it really feels as if I'm visiting some old historic city. Kaithal is the birth place of lord hanuman, Kaithal is known as Kapisthala. It is named after lord Lord hanuman it is believed to be lord Hanuman birth place. There is a temple dedicated to goddess anjani as well. It is also called Choti kashi as we know of it today. The 11th rudrashiv mandir was also located here. So a lot of old history is located here. People said instead of calling this city historic, it should be called ancient. The name of this gurudwara is Shri Neem Sahib Gurudwara and it is believed that in 1723 Shri Guru Teg Bhadur Ji Stayed here before leaving for Delhi and he meditated under the neem tree, which is why this gurudwara named. Good morning everyone, In today's Blog we are going to visit Kalayat Hindu Temple situated in outskirts of Kaithal. The word "Kalayat" is derived from Kapilayatana, which signifies the place where the sage Kapila lived. The sage Kapila, one of the most well-known philosophers of India, is claimed to have resided here at one point. Only two of the area's original five temples—which date to the eighth century AD—remain today. The temples are excellent examples of early Hindu architecture and were built by cutting bricks and mortar. The local authorities maintain the etched bricks because they are genuinely unique. These temples hold a special place in history since they may be the only remaining Hindu artefacts from the time before the Mughals. The temples are close to a river's banks. Hi, everyone today we are moving toward Boali is a well that has been built in a particular fashion with brick steps leading down to the well. This water tank is locally more popular as ‘Bhai ki Baoli’. The three story building is like a step well that has walls on both sides. The sides of the steps are decorated with arches and doorways. The Bhai rulers of the Kaithal state commissioned the construction of this baoli. Located near the Government hospital in the city, the baoli is a beautiful place to visit! Today, we are visiting Gulati Sweet shop in Sarafa Bazaar. This shop is famous for his cusine Dahi Bhalle, they are very authentic and old shop. This is made up Black and yellow lentil fritters topped with yogurt, chutney, boiled potato, spices etc. We had a flovour similar to link kanjivada.
